Our process

Family Law

Can be excruciatingly and emotionally complex for all parties involved. We handle divorces, property, and child custody disputes with your interests front and center.

Immigration Law

Can be daunting for immigrants and their families, whether the case is defensive or affirmative.

Criminal Law

It's important for people accused of crimes to fully understand the facts, circumstances, and evidence leading up to an arrest. For non-citizens, being arrested for a crime and convicted could affect their immigration status.

My experience with Attorney Cinthia Ortiz in court with Judge Robichaux in the case of my nephew Axel Rodríguez to allow him to stay in the United States was the best. Attorney Cinthia was very prepared for the case and carried it out with great professionalism, covering even the most minimum detail in our case as well as the judge who dedicated the necessary time to present the case and thus be able to detail and clear up any doubts of the judge together with the lawyer Cinthia Ortiz and thus we managed to win our case thanks first to God who allowed it and guided the lawyer Cinthia to be able to achieve it, the judge was very satisfied with how the case was handled and asked my nephew Axel Rodríguez for a souvenir photo so that he would always remember this unforgettable moment and my nephew Axel dedicated a small serenade to him singing to the judge in court so that she would also always remember him, thank God and the lawyer Cinthia Ortiz for making a very big change in the life of my nephew Axel Rodriguez
